Wood Closet Designs proudly stands behind our quality craftsmanship and workmanship. We offer our customers a fixed lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for all our custom cut wood closets. We will repair or replace any defective part including any damage caused during shipping without charge. Our main goal at Wood Closet Designs is to keep our customers fully satisfied and we will do all in our power to make that happen. If at any point you find a defect in our workmanship or material, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue.

You will have waived any claim for breach of warranty if you do not notify Wood Closet Designs in writing within 90 days after you discover a defect. Costs for the removal of the defective product and the subsequent installation labor of the replacement product will not be covered by our warranty. Any misuse of the products, improper installation, accidents, neglect, or abuse that causes damage will void this warranty. Any incidental or consequential damage that may arise from defective products is not covered under the warranty. Some states disallow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages thus making the above limitation not applicable to you.
