Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of these closet systems, refunds are not accepted on any system that has been installed. If the items in your closet system are new and have not been installed yet, refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase though the customer is responsible for return shipping as well as a 30% re-stocking fee. Wood Closet Designs will handle all shipping costs of the units you are returning if the fault is ours such as a defect, incorrect unit, or the incorrect size. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for any other reason of return. If the delivery of the closet system is refused by the customer, there is no refund for the order. There is no guarantee on the delivery time-frame for your closet system.
