Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the units are new and have not been installed yet. We will handle all shipping costs of the units you are returning if the fault is ours such as a defective, incorrect unit, or the wrong size. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for any other reason of return. If the customer refuses the delivery of their closet, then they become responsible for shipping back to our facility and 20% fee to restock such items.
